Result of General Meeting
Rockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH), the oil and gas exploration and production company with key interests in the North Falkland Basin, announces that a General Meeting of the Company (“GM”) was held earlier today. A poll was held on each of the resolutions proposed. All resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed at the GM and the results of the poll are set out below.
